How do I contact client services?
By email or phone, from Monday to Saturday. Write to us with your order number if you have one, and we answer within one working day.
What are client services' hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00, Vietnam time.
Can I see the collection in person?
The atelier is open by appointment: write to us and we will arrange a time to see the collection and try it on.
How do I place an order?
Choose a colour and a size on the piece's page, add it to your bag and go to checkout. You do not need an account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as you can: until the order is prepared, we can change or cancel it.
How do I check my order status?
The email we send when your order leaves the atelier carries its tracking link.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods offered at checkout. The final list is being set with our payment provider.
When is my payment taken?
When your order is confirmed.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or keep your card details.
Where do you deliver?
Across Vietnam, and abroad to the countries offered at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days across Vietnam, free; the next working day by express. See Shipping for every option.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, the courier asks for a signature on delivery.
How do I return a piece?
Within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags: write to client services and we book the courier. See Returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 5 to 10 working days of the piece reaching the atelier.
Can I exchange a piece?
Return it and place a new order; we can hold your size while the return travels.
How do I know which size to order?
Open the size guide on the piece's page; it lists the measurements for every size, in cm or inches.
How do I care for my pieces?
Each piece's page carries its composition and care. Most wool and silk pieces are dry clean only.
Do I need an account to order?
No. An account keeps your orders and addresses in one place.
How do I update my details?
Log in and change them under your account.
