Following your order
When your order leaves the atelier we send an email with its tracking link. If you have an account, the order and its tracking are also under your orders.
Delays
Delivery times are counted in working days from the day the order is prepared. Holidays and busy weeks around a new collection can add a day or two; if an order is late, we write to you before you need to ask.
Duties and taxes
Prices in Vietnam include VAT. For orders shipped abroad, duties and import taxes are set by the country of delivery and are paid on arrival unless checkout says otherwise.
