These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Dyem Quynh Pham. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send its confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency and include VAT for deliveries in Vietnam. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, in the times set out under Shipping. The risk in a piece passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You may return a piece as set out under Returns. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty.

Our pieces

Each piece is made in small runs and finished by hand; small differences between pieces are part of how they are made, not faults.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
