How do I return a piece?

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached.

Returning an online order

1. Write to client services with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
2. Pack each piece in its original packaging, with its tags.
3. Hand the parcel to the courier we book for you, or bring it to the atelier by appointment.

When will I get my refund?

Once the piece reaches the atelier and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the whole order is returned.

Exchanges

To change a size or a colour, return the piece and place a new order; if your size is running low, client services can hold it for you while the return travels.

Pieces that cannot be returned

Earrings, pieces made to order and pieces altered at your request are final sale, unless they arrive damaged.
